Marvin Wiebener A former U.S. Marine, Marvin Wiebener participated in classified activities throughout S.E. Asia. He earned a master's degree from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas, and spent the better part of thirty years operating rehabilitation programs for juvenile and youthful offenders. Wiebener has a son and daughter, stepson and stepdaughter, and seven grandchildren. He and his wife enjoy their country home in Oklahoma. The Moriah Ruse, published by Tate Publishing in Mustang, Oklahoma, is his second novel. His first is The Margin, published by Outskirts Press in Denver.
