Greg Rodgers
Greg Rodgers is a writer and Choctaw storyteller currently living in Oklahoma City. His first book, The Ghost of Mingo Creek and other Spooky Oklahoma Legends was released by Forty-sixth Star Press in September of 2008 and is a collection of short-stories based on actual legends from around the Sooner State. Forthcoming publications include a story contribution, “Giddy Up, Wolfy,” appearing in the graphic-anthology Trickster scheduled for release by Fulcrum Publishing in Spring of 2010. Greg has presented and performed at the National Museum Of the American Indian in Washington, D.C. and has been recently been added to the list of presenters for the Smithsonian Institute's educational outreach program, becoming an official Smithsonian Associate. As a storyteller and workshop presenter, he appears at schools, libraries, festivals, conferences, universities, and tribal events throughout the country. |
